List segments

Read-only smart audiences. Pass a segment id to campaign sends; membership is evaluated at send time.

match is the rule combinator (all = every rule, any = at least one). The rule DSL itself is managed in the dashboard.
Page with ?limit= (max 200, default 200) and ?cursor= (the previous page's next_cursor); segments are ordered by name.
